Construction Management Degree, NVQ 7, CSCS Black, SMSTSOne of Alcema’s founding members, Stephen was introduced to the construction industry through the family business before working with several main contractors to diversify his skillset. Stephen now has vast experience and expertise in multiple fields, which include estimating, quantity surveying, project management, design management, and value engineering. As such, Stephen oversees projects from first design to final handover.
Stephen’s unique ability to think creatively in order to overcome technical or logistical challenges has proven instrumental to Alcema’s success in delivering bespoke projects.
