His extensive experience managing onsite delivery of projects, has seen his role evolve in to his current position of Project Lead. He has led and been involved in many projects varying in value from £500,000 to £15 million.
One of Marcus’ key attributes is making sure each project is delivered to the clients requirements and expectations. Throughout the project and after completion he ensures these are fully met whilst seeking to go above and beyond whenever possible.
As Project Lead Marcus oversees the site construction teams, manages the supply chain plus and interacts and collaborates with the client throughout the journey of the project. He gets involved with the design detailing and is exceptional in his ability to identify and offer Value Engineering options for improvement on programme and project budget. Marcus’ collaborative approach and positive way of working has led to his fantastic relationships with clients. His tenacity to respond to any problem which arises with ease, fluidity and providing solutions quickly make his skillset invaluable to every project as well as the Alcema Team.
