He has been involved in new builds, refurbishments, commercial units, historical and listed buildings, specialising in detailed design to practical completion with a proven ability to deliver consistent and reliable solutions for all projects he has worked on.
A strong team player Arup has a passion for teaching and assisting the development of team members’ knowledge and understanding of all aspects from detailed design through to practical completion.
He is experienced in the preparation of detailed production drawings, complex design problem solving and co-ordinating external/internal consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, commercial/procurement teams, to deliver an efficient and high quality outcome.
Arup has worked on public buildings and commercial units through to a new build programme for McDonalds Restaurant, one of the biggest food chains in the world. Working on the McDonalds framework, throughout the UK and NI, Arup delivered new builds and refurbishments for the group.
The projects Arup has worked on range from under a £1m through to £75m for the New Museum of Liverpool. He applies his skill set to projects regardless of value with the same level of high expertise, ensuring his reputation for excellence remains and a consistently high level of client satisfaction is achieved.
