Alcema have been awarded a large refurbishment contract to the University of Westminster New Cavendish Street Campus, it involves two separate locations, one in the main campus building and the other to the rear of the campus in the Copland Building.

The proposed refurbishment works require the change of use from a large office complex into a state of the art University Research Laboratory facility, the remaining existing office space to the 4th floor will also be upgraded and fitted out for the lecturing teams and administrators. The other works to the Copland Building location, requires the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a number existing office locations into new lecturing rooms, which will be fitted out with the latest AV systems and hardware.

All of our works are currently on programme with our partners sub-contractors and suppliers on site.

The areas of refurbishment have been segregated and isolated which enables the Campus Facility to function normally throughout the summer months.
