Alcema Limited are pleased to announce a further project awarded from Buckinghamshire Council for the construction of a new single storey standalone Nursery building for Early Years, together with the extension of the existing school car park and external play area.

The works involve bulk earth movement and ground remodeling to allow the construction of a new single storey building with a steel frame and cavity blockwork. The roof constructed with engineered rafters covered in slate. The external walls finished with white through colour rendered walls. The floor construction will be beam and block flooring along with underfloor heating.
The existing school car park will be almost doubled in size and a new soft play area will be constructed with permeable paving.
The existing school will remain live during the works and which will all be carried out during the current Pandemic in line with the governments Covid-19 restrictions.
