EXTRA MSA – BEACONSFIELD UNIT 11

Following on from the successful completion of extensions at both Cobham Services and Baldock Services, we were appointed to undertake the construction and fit out of an extension at the Beaconsfield M40 Services.

This extension included a new Pilkington Planer glazing facade and roof section as well as a new entrance into the building with associated services and external works, all whilst the services and entrance remained in operation.

Responsible for the design and build of the works, the scheme included separating the live public areas and construction areas, before partial demolition, piling and then reconstruction.

Being a second project with the same client this highlights the effectiveness of Alcema’s collaborative approach and trusted, high quality delivery.

Again, delivered on time and on budget and with a meticulous level of detail throughout the process with every project we undertake.
