SCOPE OF WORKS
The project was to convert the area back to a Category A office ready for occupation by another client. During the process the landlord altered the scope, allowing us to take the opportunity to update the lighting, ceilings, sprinkler fire alarms and ventilation system.
The works took place within a live environment and with the constraints of Covid-19 legislation.

WORKS METHODOLOGY
The scope of works for the 15th floor included stripping out the existing internal structure, removing the existing ceiling and the installation of a new metal SAS suspended ceiling. We completed a full review the fire stopping requirements and upgraded the current fire alarm and sprinkler system in place.
Modification of the ventilation system was required as well as the design and installation of a new LED lighting system throughout. Works also included the supply and installation of the raised floor across the office area.
