    OVERVIEW

    The works included full refurbishment of a first-floor office space.

    WORKS METHODOLOGY

    The Cat A works included the full refurbishment of all internal finishes alongside alterations to mechanical installations and the fire system. The scheme entailed the installation of a new micro grid ceiling, new lighting system, floor tiles, carpet tiles and new finishes throughout.

    LIVE ENVIRONMENT

    We are adept at working in live environments and as always brought our experience to this project. Strong lines of communication were maintained with the facilities management team and tenants within the building; in addition, clear demarcation of our site boundary was maintained at all times.

    This project was completed on time and on budget.
