WORKS METHODOLOGY
Under a JCT contract with contractors design, the project involved fully stripping out the Old Police Station interior and converting the property into 18 flats over the two floors.
The high end modern flats will be a mixture of studio, one and two bedrooms. The exterior of the building was to remain ‘as is’ to keep the character of the building in line with locally listed building regulations, however it was cleaned and decorated and given a fresh look.
