Single storey extension to the rear of the property and comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor.

The team undertook an element of demolition at the property and significant groundwork and drainage improvements to facilitate the creation of a sunroom with bespoke sky pod. The project also involved reconfiguration of internal areas across the entire ground floor level; installation of high spec kitchen, shower room and custom built oak doors throughout.

Our team’s flexible approach to problem solving and contract variations resulted in a successful project for our client and a quality finish that exceeded their expectations.
