EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

The Alcema team has a wealth of experience and knowledge across all sectors of the construction industry and its diverse skill set allows the team to undertake a wide variety of construction projects. The team is well equipped to deliver complex feats of engineering and include threading a tower crane through a lift shaft in a prestigious building in central London whilst the building remained open to clients and hanging a 20 metre tall structural glazing system on to an existing building’s 1960 concrete frame. NON ADVERSARIAL APPROACH

The team considers every project to be unique and works closely with clients to tailor their services to the individual needs of the client and project. Alcema are strong advocates of teamwork and provide a non-adversarial approach to project delivery. This helps create the perfect working conditions to excel in what they do, delivering with agility and a solution-based approach throughout.

COLLABORATIVE WORKING

As well as having a solution-based ethos the team ensure they work closely alongside the client, designers, management consultants, governing bodies and any outside specialists to ensure each project is delivered with meticulous care and attention to detail. The team listens first. Often this age-old approach gets forgotten in a rapid paced, fast changing world. Alcema recognises from experience clients need to be able to articulate their vision, their dream, with confidence they are really being listened to and by a team which can deliver.
