Industrial projects often require high spec engineering plant and office/meeting space. Commercial projects often include the flexibility of office space and warehousing. We work closely with design consultants and the construction industry to build high quality facilities in both commercial and industrial sectors. We have recently completed two new build warehouses in Brighton with office space and a new Starbucks Drive thru at Beaconsfield Services.
Alcema have experience working on projects within the Education Sector from new build Pre-School, construction of SEND Schools through to refurbishments and fit outs of Universities. We are currently working on Design and Build schemes for a Pre-School building and have just completed a project for an SEND School.
The Alcema team have delivered several specialist fire remedial projects which include undertaking the full design and co ordination, supply and install of Load Bearing SFS, insulated render, rain screen cladding, brickslip, fire door replacement and fire compartmentation.
The team have experience working on many healthcare projects from Doctors Surgeries through to projects at Northampton Hospital for Cardiology & Nuclear Medicine, Cancer Treatment Centre and refurbishment of 42nr private ward bedrooms and operating theatre for Nuffield Hospital.
