STARBUCKS DRIVE-THRU AT BEACONSFIELD SERVICE STATION

  • 01

    OVERVIEW

Design and build of a New Starbucks drive-thru with fit out, plus an associated car park at the North West corner of the existing live and extremely busy motorway services at Beaconsfield. Every vehicle exiting the services went directly past our site, approx. 10,000 a day.

    SCOPE OF WORKS

A large muck away operation to clear the site was initially carried out approx. 70 lorries a day at peak. Once completed construction of the facility could commence.

The building is a steel framed construction with blockwork infill panels over clad with panels. Other major façade components include large curtain wall glazing.

Large car park including SUDS drainage solution, HV cables and other utilities had to be worked around and relocated with Vacuum excavation. Car park finished with tarmac and self-draining paving blocks, slips roads had to be worked around to suit the high volumes of traffic exiting the site. The surrounding area was landscaped with hydroseed.
