CLIENT FOCUS
Our successful inclusion on to Frameworks over recent years has allowed us to project manage construction, refurbishment and fit-out works to the private and public sectors for projects ranging in value up to £10 million. With a company ethos to deliver the highest level of service alongside client focus our business operates within these Frameworks using a series of Gateway processes. The Framework and the Client’s requirements form the governance, Quality Control and continuous improvement throughout the life cycle for each project.
SPECIALIST TEAM
Alcema considers Frameworks so integral to the business a specialist team has been formed within the company to have regular meetings with the Framework Account Managers. This team has experience working with Frameworks, they are aware of the requirements of each Framework involved and assess project performance ongoingly against KPIs using the formulas provided.
The Frameworks are an additional means to ensure we take clients through the procurement process as quickly and effectively as possible. Being part of Frameworks which are OJEU compliant helps us to achieve this and promotes a streamlined process.
FRAMEWORKS INCLUDE:
LHC
The LHC is a not-for-profit organisation which has the main aim of bringing buyers and suppliers to work together to ‘deliver better buildings, homes and communities’.
It endeavours to enhance and support improvements within the local community concerning social housing and public property and was created for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies. Operating in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
PAGABO
The Pagabo National Framework supports public sector organisations across the UK, providing EU compliant framework agreements, a DPS, and bespoke consultancy. It includes a team of MCIPS qualified procurement professionals with a wide range of experience. Specialising in procurement the Pagabo Framework is established to provide full assistance regarding public sector projects, including details such as trusted suppliers, help with costings and access to good and services amongst other benefits.
Alcema has been awarded the Pagabo Medium Works Framework (Lots 2 and 3) and National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions (Lots 2 and 3). We hope to expand our presence under this to include other Framework categories.
FUSION 21
The Fusion 21 Framework specialises in projects in the public sector regarding Social Housing, Local Authority, Education, Health and Blue Light Sectors. Its main aim is to provide funding for innovation and research to build brighter futures for local communities.
It provides a framework which ensures construction companies such as Alcema work to expert advice as to how each project must be delivered to enhance surrounding lives and communities. The Framework was created with Social Value at it’s heart and with local authorities promoting this at every level Alcema strives to maximise Social Value with every project undertaken.
Alcema has been appointed under the Fusion 21 Youth Investment Framework (YIF2) which is specifically aimed at creating, expanding and improving youth facilities. Using the YIF2 the Department of Digital Culture, Media and Sports will be distributing £300million in grants to this youth investment work.
SOCIAL VALUE
Alcema is fully committed to taking the responsibility which comes with any project under the Frameworks mentioned and overdelivering wherever possible to support local communities and the next generation. This commitment is demonstrated by the sponsorship we have in place with Haringey Girls Academy.
