MARKS AND SPENCER

The team have successfully completed several projects for Marks and Spencer and they were assigned the complete refurbishment of The Pantheon, one of Marks and Spencer’s flagship stores located on Oxford Street, London.

Dating back to the 1930’s, the building presented several legacy issues, including asbestos-containing materials. Through exemplary communication with the store team, we were able to phase the required works whilst causing minimal disruption to staff and customers.
