Vida House – Internal Works

Alcema have been successful in the award of a second contract with clients, Long Harbour Ltd, for the internal works at Vida House, a 5-storey residential building, Deptford, south of the River Thames.

We commenced on site on 19^th July 2021, with a project completion period of 6 weeks.

The works include the internal decoration, ceiling repairs, new flooring throughout and new Italian ceramics in the lobby areas. We are also upgrading the lighting in the communal areas to LED with PIR sensors.
